Security - Security Team Assistant
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Security Team Assistant provides essential support to the wider Security management team by handling administrative tasks, reviewing security footage, managing invoicing, and assisting with event logistics. This role ensures smooth security operations, asset protection, and traffic management for both events and non-event days.
Responsibilities include reviewing body cam footage, assisting with data entry and report preparation, taking meeting minutes, coordinating with vendors, supporting post-event debriefs, conducting asset tracking and audits, documenting traffic incidents, and processing invoices. This role will additionally provide budget support, maintaining organized documentation, and facilitating communication between departments and stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have solid administrative support experience, preferably combined with event coordination or security operations experience. With demonstrated excellent organizational skills, they will be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
