The Opportunity 

Join us in this 12 month max-term role as an Integration Senior Manager, this role will be critical in the proposed TPG acquisition, supporting the potential integration of the TPG Enterprise Government and Wholesale Fixed business into Vocus.

Working closely with the General Manager Integration Office, the role provides strategic support, expert advice, and project management capabilities to the program. It will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth integration of business operations, establishing operating rhythms, setting project guardrails, and driving the execution of key initiatives to meet deadlines and strategic objectives. In collaboration with internal stakeholders, it will provide strategic leadership and drive the program integration initiatives and bring relevant business strategies to life, 

The role is part of the Technology & Security team and is a hybrid working arrangement of a minimum of two days in the office in either North Sydney or Melbourne locations.   

What you’ll be doing day-to-day 

The key responsibilities of the role are listed below. These may change in response to your personal growth and business demands.  

  • Provide strategic support to the GM Integration Office and program project leads in driving and executing the integration strategy. 
  • Provide expert advice and strategic leadership across the Integration program to guide decision-making and integration activities.  
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and regular updates to ensure active participation and input
  • Support with board papers, preparation of presentations for the executive team and development of materials for integration program discussions
  • Lead and facilitate project management activities, including defining timelines, establishing deliverables, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.  
  • Develop and maintain an operating rhythm that promotes cross-functional collaboration and alignment.  
  • Define and implement guardrails and frameworks to ensure structured, efficient execution of project workstreams.  
  • Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.  
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture by supporting team members and key stakeholders with strategic guidance and actionable plans.  
  • Act as a liaison between the GM Integration Office, Chief Integration Officer and project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities. 

 What you’ll bring to this role 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation or a consulting role.  
  • Proven experience in strategy development and execution, particularly in merger, acquisition, or large-scale transformation projects.  
  • Strong consulting background with expertise in strategic advisory, operational planning, and project management.  
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to define milestones, track progress, and drive accountability.  
  • Highly analytical and able to synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
  • Superior communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and engage with senior executives.  
  • Experience in defining and implementing governance structures, operating models, or frameworks to enhance project delivery.  
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deliver results under pressure, and work in ambiguous environments.  
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skills.  
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented thinker.  
  • Highly organised and detail-focused.  
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
