Venues NSW is a commerically focused agency of the NSW Government, encompassing the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium as well as major sporting and cultural stadiums and precincts in Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle and Wollongong. The network of stadiums and entertainment centres host in excess of 5 million people a year at more than 500 events and is a key contributor to the economy.
 
Venues NSW takes an intergrated approach to our stadia and entertainment centres by developing partnerships with sporting codes, the entertainment and event industry, audiences, local businesses, NSW Government agencies and community groups. Our network throughout NSW allows us to combine internal resources and harness a vast employee skillset all of which helps us deliver key projects and secure outstanding content.
 

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Premium & Iconic Experiences, this role will build deep relationships with long term hospitality customers, sports partners, and Venues NSW’s appointed sales agencies across the Venues NSW network. The role focuses on driving, monitoring, and assessing event day inventory lists, key deliverables and key performance indicators as outlined in the relevant contracts to maximise customer experience and drive growth. This role will have a focus on the Allianz Stadium and Sydney Cricket Ground.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking candidates who have a creative and innovative mindset when it comes to delivering premium experience services within a fast-paced stadia environment. You will have great administration skills, love working in dynamic and live environments and be available to work across event days.

The ideal applicants for the role will have the following skills & qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • A natural flair for using logic and expertise to make sales and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks & problem solve
  • Applicants must be willing to be flexible and work weekends.
