About the Role 

The Client Liaison Officer is a brand new position which will promote Vasey RSL Care's services, support the client intake process and ensure that funding for Community Services accurately reflects their care needs. You will provide leadership and support in various aged care services projects and in turn help bring our promises to life for our clients. 

Regular travel around metropolitan Melbourne will be required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be person-focussed and passionate about achieving high quality outcomes for clients.

You will also have:

• Current state registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Contemporary gerontology nursing skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Strong Knowledge of Community Services funding models, including relevant clinical frameworks and assessment tools
• Demonstrated organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and use of client management systems
• Current driver's licence and ability to drive
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and have proof of the right to work in Australia
