What is the role?

As the Assistant Venue Manager for our Zone Bowling Moonah venue, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping to run a dynamic, multi-faceted venue. You'll be an inspiring leader, guiding our team to new heights and making a real impact on the success of our venue.

Every day, you'll champion our values and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience. Supported by the Venue Manager, you'll also provide support and have a laser focus on delivering top-notch guest experiences.

Who are you?

• You hold a valid WWVP Check or are willing to obtain one
• You have a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
• You're a hands-on, effective leader with experience in managing a multi-faceted hospitality or entertainment venue
• You're a proactive and innovative leader who not only achieves results but also inspires your team to push just as hard as you!
• You're a strong relationship builder, effortlessly creating amazing experiences for our corporate and social group bookings!
• You're a quick learner with a good understanding of business, people & financial management
• You're passionate about guest experience and ensuring everyone leaves your venue with a smile
