About the Role

 

We’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at Queensland Country Bank. If you're passionate about digital marketing and love turning ideas and data into campaigns that genuinely connect with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help us grow our online presence and engage both current and future Members. You’ll be creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, and using CRM tools and data insights to deliver targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week, with the successful applicant willing to work outside normal business hours to accommodate the needs of the department. The position can be based in our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Admin Office.

About You

 

To be eligible to apply for this position you must possess the following:

 

  • Previous experience in maintaining and updating content across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency
  • Ability to create engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Experience with supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including website, social media, email marketing (eDM), and digital advertising
  • Previous work with CRM to provide insights and segmentation tools to help personalise marketing efforts and improve campaign outcomes
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field or significant experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience working with website CMS and plug-ins; Optimizely and Monsido (desirable)
  •  Previous experience with content management platforms, Sprout Social, DigitalMaas (desirable)
  • Previous experience in Financial Services Industry (Desirable)
