Clinical Services Manager
About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to the team and oversee the care of up to 120 residents at Melville Grange. You will support in managing employee performance and continue to develop and retain quality staff. With your outstanding clinical knowledge, you will drive and ensure the high standard of care is maintained. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with great communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of care planning, funding, and accreditation processes
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
