Customer Relationship Officer
About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO), bring your exceptional customer service skills to conduct tours for potential residents at Sunset Views Manor. You will be responsible for preparing agreements and maintaining referrer relationships in the community. This is a fast paced and unique role providing key customer service, relationship management and administration with a focus on optimising occupancy. This position involves soft sales and KPI targets, so it is essential that you have demonstrated experience in working to budgets and targets.
This is a permanent part time role working 4 days per week (9am to 5pm) in Tarneit.

Essential Requirements
- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
- Previous customer relationship experience in aged care
- Experience in preparing agreements
- Sales experience including working to budgets and targets
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced computer skills
