We sell new and used trucks and buses and provide service and parts to our customers.
About the Role
We are on the lookout for an Experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our parts team. You will be working in one of the larger truck and bus parts departments in SA. The role will be providing our workshop and customers with parts interpretation, selling goods, and providing solutions. You will be the first point of contact for our customers both in person, and over the phone.
About you:
You will have previous experience in parts interpreting, but this could be from any industry that has dealt with interpreting enquiries to supplying. You will have a understanding of how a parts department runs and have a natural ability to relate to people and build meaningful relationships. You will have a good attention to detail, to ensure we provide our customers’ their product right first time.
Ideally you will have:
- Parts interpreter experience. Relative industry is highly regarded.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and ability.
- A good mechanical aptitude with precise attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
