An opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic and professional Fleet Operations Officer to come and join our team. Based in Rydalmere, this is an excellent full-time position where you will report directly to the NSW Recruitment Supervisor.
The Role:-
- Sub-Contractor Recruitment
- Qualifying fleet recruitment calls & scheduling face-to-face interviews
- Attending to Sub-Contractor enquiries and issuing a resolution
- Administration Duties
- Asset Management
- Assist with Sub-Contractor training and development
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and aptitudes:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Great attention to detail with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Must have the ability to work within a team or independently as required.
- Strong administrative data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Friendly and highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
