Marketing Coordinator
The Role
Based in our Support Office in Malvern East, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our GAZMAN team as the Marketing Coordinator!
This position is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience, ideally within a retail marketing environment. If you have a passion for fashion and a flair for marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and contribute to our brand's success.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Driving growth across our Local Area Marketing and Social Media activity
- Liaise with Regional Managers on LAM opportunities
- Coordinate with shopping centres for local opportunities and campaign updates
- Propose seasonal LAM activity in line with campaign strategy/budget/opportunity
- Propose seasonal social / influencer activity in line with the campaign strategy
- Schedule and track social media activity performance
- Respond to customer queries/community management
- Various product sample management tasks
- Maintain Promotional Calendar / Circulate changes
- Communicate Catalogue details to staff, track and report on deliverability
- Management of the Marketing Inbox
- Support the marketing team on additional activity
You will have:
- A marketing degree or related qualifications
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role working in a retail environment
- An interest in menswear fashion is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, with all team members at all levels, suppliers and agencies
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work well under pressure, show resilience and be flexible
- A detailed and focused approach to work, be highly organised and a self-starter
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and the willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative work environment
