As the Online Warehouse Supervisor, you will supervise the Online team to ensure all processes and resources within the area are efficiently utilised.  You will lead all aspects of the departmental performance measures / targets and ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers.

What you’ll do:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Working in warehouse inwards and outwards goods
• Oversee releasing of online orders for picking and dispatching department daily
• Stock management and stock control
• Keeping warehouse organised and tidy
• Monitoring of team picking, dispatching and receiving performance
• Assist with managing safety in the workplace
• Meet chain of responsibility obligations
• Scanning in and out of goods
• Data Reporting
• Preparation of delivery dockets and consignment notes
• Distribution is efficient and completed in a timely manner to stores
• Liaising with another department

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience analysing operational data to drive decision making within your team

• Strong leadership capability with a strong ability to train and develop a large, diverse team
• Strong understanding of ecommerce business and the ability to react to changes in workload
• An understanding of Stock Control/Auditing/Picking and Packing/Receiving in a large warehouse
• Demonstrated hands on experience with performing basic visual checks.
• Have good numerical and counting skills.
• Self-motivated, high performing individual who is a self-starter.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver on-time.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years + experience with people management and well-developed leadership skills
• Good skills using computer software, including Microsoft Office, excel, Peoplevox, Shippit and Shopify experience would be an advantage.
