The role: Permanent shifts are available for an experienced Registered Nurse to support high quality clinical care and wellbeing across ACH Group’s Residential Care Homes in the North-Eastern and South-Western regions.

ACH Group is seeking candidates for part time work, 6-9 shifts a fortnight, to work a variable roster of morning (7:00am-15:30pm) and afternoon shifts (15:00-23:30) at various northern and southern sites.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and nursing interventions for residents.
• Support the utmost wellbeing of residents.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Enrolled Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residents.
• Promote independence and decision making by individuals.

About You!

You are a talented and passionate Nurse. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. 

• Demonstrate significant experience as an RN and current registration with AHPRA.
• Ability to maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest quality.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High level of clinical competence.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.

• A satisfactory police clearance for working in aged care that is less than 12 months old before commencement.
