Job Summary: As an Occupational Therapist at ACH Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers. You will provide customer-centred assessments and interventions to enhance independence and support healthy ageing. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to case conferences, participate in professional development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
- Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation needs
- Focus on customer goals and functional abilities to maximise independence and well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and engage in professional development activities
- Learn and contribute to innovative projects in technology-enabled care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Passion for enhancing the health and wellness of older adults through evidence-based services
- Experience in aged care is desirable, but a passion for working with older people is essential
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver customer-centred care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proactive approach to service and professional development
- Current driver's licence and access to a registered and insured motor vehicle
- Satisfactory National Criminal History Check for Aged Care less than 12 months old

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment to reduce your tax.
