We are looking for an energetic and driven Cluster Manager to join our WA Team.

As Cluster Manager you will be working closely with your Store Managers to drive sales, profit, and team development goals in line with yd. values.

Some Key responsibility:

• Lead by example, always in line with yd. values and culture

• Train, coach, and mentor your team to work towards performance goals and succession planning

• Sales reporting analysis and take action to benefit performance 

• Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results 

• VM implementation and management Ensure efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage

• Recruitment and internal progression within your team
