We’re on the hunt for a Visual Merchandising Trainer to roll out cutting-edge VM strategies that drive sales, elevate our brand, and keep our stores looking world-class.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced—you’ll be out in stores 80% of the time, working closely with The VM, State, and retail teams to ensure that every store executes our vision flawlessly. The other 20%? That’s spent in Head Office or on business-driven projects led by the Head of VM.

Oh, and if you love to travel—perfect! This role may require interstate trips across Australia and New Zealand to support growth and train teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create & execute seasonal VM plansthat drive sales and brand impact.
• Own the in-store & window presentation standardsto ensure we always look sharp.
• Lead VM direction & guidelinesfor each season, including major sale launches Outlet & concession stores.
• Work alongside our retail leadersto tailor strategies that make sense for each region.
• Manage fixture audits, allocations & signage distributionto keep stores on-brand and cost-efficient.
• Coordinate new store openings—from layouts to execution, you’ll have a hand in everything.
• Regularly visit storesto assess VM execution, provide training, and refine strategies.
• Train & develop store teamsto build VM capability across all locations.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of VM experiencein a high-profile, high-volume retail environment.
• A keen eye for detail with a commercial mindset—your VM skills should drive sales, not just aesthetics!
• A natural leader & mentor who can inspire teams and get them excited about VM.
• Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and able to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail world.
• Must be based in Sydney and open to travel across AU & NZ.
