Axl + Co: NEEDS A STORE MANAGER... IS THAT YOU?

OPPORTUNITY:

AXL + CO by Connor is a brand-new menswear business, opening its first stores in NSW less than a year ago and are ready to expand.

We are looking for Leaders who will be required to get involved with all aspects of the AXL + CO by Connor brand.

This includes, front of house customer experience, stock management, coaching and developing your team, as well as visual merchandising.

This really is a Store Managers Dream! This role has everything you need to feel empowered, motivated and all roads lead to success and progression.

ABOUT YOU:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years fashion retail management experience.
• You are confident, authentic & down to earth.
• Have experience in managing a team of more than 3.
• Sound Customer service skills with proven track record in sales.
• Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations.
• Be analytical and can identify store opportunities.
• Have a passion for customer service, fashion, and retail sales.
• Can lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong VM skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings.
• Work with others and alone as this is the nature of the roster.
