We are seeking a passionate and driven Casual Team Members to fill our DFO Moorabbin, VIC team!

• Experience in women's fashion apparel or activewear is ideal

• Proven history of retail experience and willingness to learn


• Ability uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values


• Be passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle i.e. Live the lifestyle!

What you will be responsible for:

• Upholding RAG Culture and Values and represent a growing brand


• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and company KPI's


• Driving sales and customer experience.


• Recognising sales opportunities


• Building regular customers & promoting our Rockwear brand


• Recruitment, coaching, development of team


• Upholding impeccable store standards, executing VM directive
