About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our busy Administration team. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be a detail-orientated professional who is focused on delivering results in a timely manner.
- Managing a high volume of debtor accounts in relation to accounts receivable
- Distributing invoices, statements and reminder notices
- Systematic follow up on outstanding overdue debts
- Daily Banking / Receipts
- Reviewing and approving credit applications
- Assisting customers with invoice queries
- Remittance allocation and data entry
- Month End Reporting

Yours skills and experiences
- Relevant and demonstrated accounts receivable experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including intermediate excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to follow set procedures to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
